Dot TK BrandSafe BASIC
Cost: Free
Report a case of brand abuse or copyright infringement to Dot TK and we'll handle your case within one business day.
Email your case to either abuse [at] dot.tk or copyright [at] dot.tk.
Dot TK BrandSafe Starter
Cost: US$ 75 per month
For any corporation with a successful brand to protect, Dot TK BrandSafe Starter allows you to register up to five (5) paid domain names that are licensed to you for the duration of the agreement. The domain names could contain your brand names or could be free domains that are currently infringing your brand.
Dot TK BrandSafe Scan will initiate a daily scan across the Dot TK domain name portfolio of up to five (5) of your brand names. You will be notified of any use of your brand in new domain name registrations. In the case of abuse you will have the choice of filing a copyright infringement notice or transferring the domain name to your portfolio.
Dot TK BrandSafe Advanced
Cost: US$ 399 per month
For large corporations with dozens of well-known brands, Dot TK BrandSafe Advanced allows you to register up to one hundred (100) paid domain names that are licensed to you for the duration of the agreement. The domain names could contain your brand names or could be free domains that are currently infringing your brand.
Dot TK BrandSafe Scan will initiate a daily scan across the Dot TK domain name portfolio of up to fifty (50) of your brand names. You will be notified of any use of your brand in new domain name registrations and have the option to immediately block the registration.
If you choose not to block the registration and the domain is subsequently used to abuse or infringe your brand, you will have the choice of filing a copyright infringement notice or transferring the domain name to your portfolio. If the purpose of a registered domain is to forward users to another domain, the URL information will also be provided.
Dot TK BrandSafe Superior
Cost: US$ 799 per month
For the world's best-known corporations with hundreds of at-risk brands, Dot TK BrandSafe Superior allows you to register up to two hundred (200) paid domain names that are licensed to you for the duration of the agreement. The domain names could contain your brand names or could be free domains that are currently infringing your brand.
Dot TK BrandSafe Scan will initiate a daily scan across the Dot TK domain name portfolio of up to fifty (50) of your brand names. You will be notified of any use of your brand in new domain name registrations and have the option to immediately block the registration.
If you choose not to block the registration and the domain is subsequently used to abuse or infringe your brand, you will have the choice of filing a copyright infringement notice or transferring the domain name to your portfolio. If the purpose of a registered domain is to forward users to another domain, the URL information will also be provided.
Dot TK BrandSafe Content Scan also searches through the content of websites within the Dot TK portfolio. You will be notified of any use of your brand and will have the option to close down the domain if your brand is being abused or infringed.

Dot TK BrandSafe Terms & Conditions
- Dot TK BrandSafe subscriptions is only available for domain names within the .TK name space.
- Information about domain name registrants is never provided to anyone, unless the request comes from a local, national or international law enforcement agency.
- Only brand names with at least five (5) characters can be used by Dot TK BrandSafe services.
- Dot TK BrandSafe requires that you provide evidence that the brands you are using in your registered domains and/or in Dot TK's scanning service are actually registered by your company and/or affiliated companies. Such evidence may consist of the registration number of a local or international trademark register.
- All paid-for Dot TK BrandSafe service agreements are for one year with an option to renew on a three-month basis thereafter against the same conditions. You can find a draft copy of the Dot TK BrandSafe service agreement here
